I painted a sunset behind this pendulum painting. The sunset was painted first and then I released the paint from the pendulum and paint. It has become one of my new favorite paintings now.

My grandparent's farm provided the inspiration for my landscapes and transportation art. After high school I joined the Marines for tuition, and I became a rifle range instructor. That's when I realized how much I enjoyed teaching. Years later I completed my M.A. in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University.
