This is my sculpture inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's air screw. I updated the landing gear with chrome wheels. I designed this when I was a grad student at UNC Charlotte. This photo was taken outside the sculpture classroom. I think I made an A on this project.

My grandparent's farm provided the inspiration for my landscapes and transportation art. After high school I joined the Marines for tuition, and I became a rifle range instructor.
