Artist's Description

I painted this Bengal Tiger in my newly redesigned studio recently. I wanted to capture the beauty and intensity of the eyes of the tiger. As a child our family doctor gave me the nickname Tiger but that eventually faded away. I often visit Tiger World where these cats are rehabilitated and given a place to live. Tiger World is located in Rockwell, NC.You can view a time lapse video of this painting on my website www.stacycbottoms.com.

I enjoy teaching art and I was voted Teacher of the Year in 2015. In 2016 I was named the Fine...
